Best Er I've ever been to! Very positive experience, was treated with so much respect from the front desk to discharge. I especially appreciated my nurse Terry, she was very lovely. Overall, wonderful Er!
Lauren is a horrible person and the charge nurse. Many differing opinions here no one seems to know what they are doing. Might be best to choose a different hospital if you have a choice
I arrived 8 am with anaphylactic allergic reaction and was not able to be admitted to a bed. Meds were administered orally and I waited for 5 hours in a lobby chair. 50 plus people were in the lobby, including a person with dementia and 2 black eyes, and a person with pneumonia. Monitoring did not prevent me from drinking water or eating coffee. They also gave me lidocaine for stomach cramp pain relief which was odd. I didn’t get an IV. Major improvements are needed. Terrible bedside manner. I was left for hours without care. I heard care providers laughing and joking around the desk - for hours! This is very disturbing and insensitive to sick patients left at their care. They didn't seem to care at all about the well-being of the patients. I am sure the owners of this hospital would never want the patients to feel this way. I came intro not the fifth visit still no test complete neglect from your ER and your staff. Your nurses doctors wouldn't even give me meds. Got diagnosed with four stage terminal cancer in everywhere in my body two months ago they could've stopped this from spreading. Have they run the right test And believe what I was saying when I came in there suffering
