The upper management needs to rethink how they treat their staff. They are very rude and inconsiderate. They only care about the hospitals image.
Their ER doctors truly suck. Twice they failed to figure out the issue despite the issue being easy to catch. First issue with person one was pain caused by pneumonia that they diagnosed as muscle cramps. Patient had just had lung surgery and they were informed of that. It’s well known that pneumonia is common after lung surgery. Second issue with person two (me) was severe diarrhea — they failed to order a parasite test on my stool sample, and prescribed a useless antibiotic that could make the diarrhea worse. Wow! VERY disappointing! Sad! 🤦🏻♂️ My daughter had a seizure. The ambulance came and picked her up. We told them to go to Saddleback Hospital, but they tried telling us that Mission Hospital was closer. No, it's not. (I think they're getting paid out by Mission Hospital.) Avoid Mission Hospital Emergency Room – Horrible Experience! I want to warn everyone do not go to the emergency room at Mission Hospital. It is one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. First of all, the ER is extremely dirty. There was trash and debris all over the floor, and it looked completely unsanitary. On top of that, they are severely understaffed.
