Thank you Mission Hospice for an excellent job.! All the staff are doing great , good customer service and home service support team.
My husband entered Mission Home Heath care a few hours after leaving the hospital due to dialysis failure (after 5 years +on dialysis & learning that morning his heart and lungs were filled e fluid due to the failing dialysis. The MD asked what he want to do; he said he wanted to go home and die in relative comfort. Mission Hospice was immediately notified& interviewed him by 1PM, By 2 PM the hospital bed, oxygen & meds were ordered. Excellent Nurse Staff, great reliable caregivers, super equipment company, amazing communication especially the visits they had were very informative!! Highly recommended!! Zero stars if I could. Regret so much using them for my dad.
Horrible service. My mother died a month ago and despite multiple phone calls from us and our homecare company, appointments set for pickup with no shows ( we drive one hour both ways to be here), it seems there is no caring or hope. One of the worst experiences with any company we have had.
