I would like to let anyone contemplating utilizing Mission Home Care for therapy services to be comfortable in knowing that each therapist that came to my home for my therapy displayed nothing less than genuine care and concern, respectfulness, thorough knowledge of my health needs, patience with me during each exercise, consistency, and exceptional professionalism. An inefficient and incompetent team, from customer services, phone triage, to the care itself. Absolutely terrible.
My mother was assigned to mission home health, when you contact this company no one picks up the phone, but rather you are directed to leave a message where no one calls you back, A nurse was previously scheduled to show up at my mothers residence between 8:00 and 8:30 to place an iv, after a no show it was not until almost 1:00 pm that someone finally showed up and this after leaving multiple messages. Apparently Mission home health believes that a message machine is adequate rather than a live person. So much for 24 hour s... read more
health care i received from the ontario office was outstanding. the nurses were very professional and knowledgeable..Terry was most helpful at making sure things ran smoothly. I looked forward to my visits.. I highly recommend Mission home health care.. Ed Johnson
