I cannot get ahold of a live person and when I leave a message they do not call back. This has happened three times now and I am calling regarding a patient status. I hope patients are treated better.

So awful. Impossible to get a hold of. Don’t return calls. Don’t show up for your appointment. Very rude. The director Charles was very rude and unprofessional. The worst company ever.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother just had surgery last week, and we have to beg these people to return our calls. They said "oh someone will get back to you." Then no one calls, and then we're sitting up here trying to do the bandages and help her up ourselves. A courtesy call should be mandatory. Like why do I have to call five or six times to see when someone is supposed to come. At this point...I'll just do it myself, for free.

Had surgery. Mission was assigned as my home health. They were right there to do my physical therapy in three days after surgery at my sister's house where I convalescence. Nice people to work with and helpful at getting me mobile. Good job.
