Great area to live in. But not a great apartment complex. These apartments are on the older side and Maitnance has not been kept up well at all over the years. Bugs and critters run rampant and the “pest control” they use does no good at all. I’ve lived in my apartment for a year and a half and constantly had to go out and buy my own bug spray because of the spider problem. RecommendedHave been here for 8 years and couldn’t think of a better place to live! Whenever you need something they are always there to help! I had a bird in my apartment and without hesitation maintenance came over after hours to get it out all with a smile on his face! We have been in our apartment for a month and couldn’t be more pleased with the office staff and maintenance crew. They both are quick to respond and the maintenance crew fixed every issue we’ve had so far within 24 hours or lessThe walkways were cleared of snow and salted just as fastSo far we are very happy that we moved here
I lived here in the mid 80'sand returned her in 2014 because it was such a nice place then. I have finally moved into the layout I wanted in 2014 but was not available. I absolutely love the office staff and the maintenance staff is quickly responsive. Quiet and nice landscaping with beautiful mature trees.
