I desperately need Advice on how to legally get out of my lease. My apartment is severely infested with roaches, the grounds are horribly kept, the maintenance does not respond to requests in a timely manner. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. We stayed in an apartment 425 with two floors. My husband and I broke our lease after complaining multiple times about the leak from the bathroom dripping to the first floor that was never fixed. Long story short the slow leak ended up becoming a large leak that eventually started to waterfall over the balcony. Later that day, they attempted to "clean" the carpet with floor fans.
