Go somewhere else. If you don't have a referral they won't even schedule you if they don't have your medical records and they offer no help getting your records transferred over to them. I did what they told me to do to try faxing over my records from my old pediatric endocrinologist and when I wasn't able to and I asked them for help the receptionist was so rude and said there's nothing they could do to help. I tried to make an appointment to be seen by literally anyone. I have a PPO, so I called asked to schedule an appointment. I was met with, “If you don’t have a referral, you need to send us all relevant medical documentation as to why you need to be seen by an endocrinologist. Someone will review your records and call you to schedule.” I did so via MyChart. It’s been two weeks and no one has called, so thank goodness I made an appt with another endocrinologist who simply asked that I bring any relevant records to my appt. Th... read more

The scheduler should be fired immediate, might be the worst person i have talked to in my life, the policies of this office also make no sense, they will not schedule without blood tests in their hands from your previous doctors even though they are scheduling 5 months out, so then my blood results would be useless by then, what a half a'd operation.
