Wait time is really bad, only 2 people in the waiting room, i saw no workers besides the receptionist (who would walk away for extended periods of time), asking about billing information for a walk in. I suggest adventhealth centra care for a shorter waiting time and more friendly workers ♥ plus it's cheaper
I was told to come here because they are friendly and fast. Not true! Got here at 1:30pm it is 3:36pm now. Why they wouldn’t tell you when you go to check in, that it’s over a 2 hour wait is beyond me. Now, in late for my 2nd job, and oh yea. A lady walked in with scrubs on, filled out the same paper I did. Sat down and was called back within 10 minutes. I guess she works for Mission . I heard a nurse say hey, you are one of us. On New Year's Eve day, Saturday about 10:15 AM, I showed the dog scratch on my left hand to my friend I was staying with in Arden. She freaked out (it was swollen and red). She said, "You're going down the hill to Mission Health and that checked out!" I did. The lady who checked me in was SO NICE and it didn't take long at all. I waited for the three ahead of me.
