A big Shout Out to the staff at your Heart Center Cath Lab, Dr. Abernathy, Emily RN, Karin RN, the handsome CNA dude (forgot name) who promised me a song and dance if I got bored (LOL) and 3 West staff Brieanna RN, Mike RN, Cristy CNA and Sierra CNA and all the ancillary techs. Thank you for making me feel safe and expelling any anxieties I had. You took wonderful care of me in a very friendly but professional way. You are all AWESOME.
Ive been to the ER with heart problems in the past and never see a cardiologist and sometimes no doctor at all and no testing done. They keep sending me home to my doctor and still no answers. If i cant get answers at a heart hospital where can i get them?... Nice staff but the ER is terrible! BUT in another case, my wife went in for surgery and the staff was excellent. They were thorough, nice and very professional. An RN Tim, called me several times throughout the surgery to keep me informed and even the surgeon called me.... read more
