We had an outstanding experience with Mission Hardwood. After getting quotes from three companies in July, we had to delay our project. Greg was incredibly understanding and never pressured us. Wanted a quote for repair. They said they needed to look at it. Scheduled time out of my day for them to show up, and he barely even glanced at the floor. It was just a sleazy tactic for an upsale like when a car salesman takes your keys or drivers license. Wasted my time. Could have been done over the phone.

We recently purchased a home and instantly fell in love with the existing wood flooring. Although the floors showed some wear and tear, we were committed to preserving them.
