Doctors and practioners are great, billing office is a joke! They called multiple times wanting a bill paid that we had already paid! They actually owed me a refund and it took me calling more than 1 time a week to get it back. They were trying to charge us from something I’m 2015. Will not be going back just due to billing office and disorganization of accounts. A practice this large should have better billing practices

I’ve actually never seen Dr. Bonner but I’ve seen his nurse practitioners (Kelly and Lucy) and his physician assistant (I’m so sorry I don’t remember your name!) and they are FANTASTIC! Lucy detected my faulty gallbladder, Kelly has helped me thru many sinus infections and the physician assistant helped me thru a terrible upper respiratory infection! If that doesn’t tell you that they have a great clinical staff, I don’t know what does. They’re my family practice!

They also can't make up their mind on insurance coverage and depending on the person, day, or perhaps even mood, you'll get a different answer. That said, Bonner is an ... read more

Dr. Bonner is a fine doctor but his staff completely ruin the possibility of him being my family doctor. I made a Wellness appointment for my 18 year old daughter, which is covered completely by my insurance. During her check up she was asked if she had any issues and she mentioned to the nurse that she had had some issues with acid reflux but was taking over the counter medication which seemed to be helping. The nurse then coded the visit as a treatment visit and charged me initially $137. When I questioned the charge and a... read more
