UPDATE: his needed antibiotics were called in 3 days after exam. 3 days too late!!!! My 67 yr old husband was seen by an APN for a sinus infection (checked in his car.) The APN ordered 2 prescriptions to be called in to the pharmacy. The scripts were never called in - after calling the practice 3 times, leaving 2 messages and then talking with the front desk, they were still not called in. Dr. Bonner had cared for my family for years. I finally got the opportunity to start going there & it has been a GREAT experience every since. He is down to earth & treats you with respect & care...things some doctors have forgotten. If there is a solution he will help find it & will aid you in anyway he can to help find a specialist if needed. Everyone there is very friendly from the moment you walk in to the receptionists and then the guy who takes you back for your vitals, then either Dr. Bonner or one of the nurse practitioners and the nurses when you have to call them for something. I highly recommend this place!!
Been seeing Dr. Bonner for 25-30 years. Helped diagnose my Head & Neck cancer 20 years ago.
I just switched to Dr. Bonner last week. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about Dr. Bonner. He had options to help me with a problem I have suffered with for YEARS! He did not give up after the first course of treatment failed. The second treatment option worked and I can now sleep. Thank you, Dr. Bonner! I am very pleased with your practice and staff!
i dont go there very often, but when I do, the Ladies working the front desk are always friendly. The Medical staff is very professional and direct. I would recommend....yes there is sometimes a long wait, but that can happen no matter where you go.
The wait time here is always at least 45min to an hour, even when I have an appointment! The doctor and nurse practitioners are great, but the wait is enough to make us want to find a new doctor's office.
Best Doctor Ever!!! He really cares about your health.
