Really good service, all the drs & night are nurses super nice!!!
Surgery wise- the doctors and staff are great. However the aftercare night nurses? No- they seem like they haven't even gone to medical school. Nurse Imelda lied about what a drug was used for to get me to shut up. Not okay. Opiates and muscle relaxers are NOT the same things. After care is a very important part of healing and you guys. You need a staff that takes it more seriously. They are slow and not compassionate. Worst care ever received. Supposed to be discharged 30 minutes after I got there was stuck there for an additional 3 hours. Make nurse was busy on his phone and had no idea what the hell was going on. Took him 45 minutes to find my discharge papers and had excuses for everything. Night female physician told me it wasn't her job to remove my IV and that I had to wait for a nurse to do it. Took it out myself along with all the other monitors. I wouldn't send my enemies here this is by far the most nastiest places on earth please let me die don't ever send me here they should be shut down.
