I made an apt for my son a month ago for today at 9:30. We get there a little b4 9am and it looks closed even though on here it says they are open at 8am. I call their number and the call rep tells me you're just too early give a minute. I'm not even finished with my conversation and she hangs up. We waited til 9:30am and of course no one shows. I call back the call rep and tell her that no one showed that I change my mind abt makin this clinic his primary clinic and after reading all these reviews omg wow.
This clinic is completely unprofessional, they canceled two of my appointments back to back because one supposedly was never made. A month later after getting my appointment canceled I go to the next one and they cancel on me again because of the doctor wasn’t there. Mind you I told the receptionist I feel heavy pain in my head and body and that I was experiencing nausea. The receptionist complete disregard to my problems was definitely alarming to see from a medical professional.
My experience over the years with MCCN has not been great. But I'm now fortunate enough to be seeing a psychiatrist Dr. Vinod Sodha. I've had at least six psychiatrists throughout the course of my life and only two of which have been good doctors. Dr. Sodha is one of them. Where as the majority of psychiatrists have a big ego that unfortunately prevents them from listening and caring genuinely about the well-being of their patient rather than the well-being and fatness of their wallet, Dr. Sodha is the opposite. Bad service. I made it with my 2 son early just to have some paperwork filled out. Made it at 8:25 am and been sitting for an hour or more. Children has to go to school. They are very unprofessional
