Called twice (about a month apart) because I was unsure about some information as time had passed since I had made the call. The receptionist was really rude and started talking about Trump (?) and complaining to me that he already explained to me once. I was interested in coming here but this rude experience made me think otherwise.
Called to make an appointment because another location never answers their phone calls patient is high risk the staff from here was upset and rude asked tons of question why am I calling back and they are short staff so they don't answer phone calls, I work at a clinic too but never heard that if you are short staff you don't have to answer phone calls or just put the phone to voice-mail especially for clinic/hospital.
