Me and my family have come to Mission Bowl often and have enjoyed it. My daughter's birthday is coming up so she requested to have her birthday at Mission Bowl. I booked her party online. I picked the package where there was suppose to be balloons, table cloths, napkins, plates and party favors. I had to select what type of topping I wanted on the pizza and type of drinks for the kids. I paid $50 down for the lanes then ended up paying an additional $166 in advance for the party package. I will be contacting you today for a 100% refund to your party. As a company we were prepared however my staff dropped the ball and I will be dealing with that asap. I am truly sorry for this as that is NOT how we do things at Mission Bowl and it will NEVER happen again. I am so very sorry for your poor experience I an truly appalled and will handle this today
