We were extremely disappointed with this bowling alley Saturday afternoon. We called a week and half ago to reserve lanes to take our kids and their friends bowling. We were told that they do not reserve lanes, it is first come first serve. We drove 30 minutes with 7 children to now be told that a company reserved all the lanes. When I told the person at the counter that we called and were told they do not reserve lanes, her response was "well we do for companies." Had a groupon this last weekend. Apperently they lost too much money on this deal and the owners daughter behind the counter decided that the people who used a groupon should be treated like the crap stuck to the bottom of her shoe. What she should remember, even though you may have lost on the bowling part, people still spend money on food or arcade, and just maybe if the atmosphere is fun, they will come back without a Groupon. But it won't be us. I will spend my money in another establishment.

Wow sorry you feel that way. We had a private party today and had you called like the Groupon says to do for lane availability we would have told you we had no lanes due to a Hy-Vee private party. How are you going to serve alcohol and then have someone's car towed who called for a safe ride home... As for tow sighs, you have to be 12 feet tall to see them on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper on one posts in parking lot. Sounds like s big scam between bowling alley & tow company.

My autistic son and I celebrated my birthday bowling a game first thing in the morning on a Saturday. Even with a fairly large Halloween party going on the noise level, for a bowling alley, was not overwhelming. While the staff seemed to handle the party well they also were able to accomodate us courteously and expeditiously.
