Nice lanes hardworking employees. They have great drink and bowling specials.
I waited over an hour to get nachos. I totally understand being busy and behind but my order was blatantly ignored because it was more complicated than others. My friend who ordered right in front of me got her food and after an additional 30+ minutes I still didn’t have an order. I asked twice about my order and they were completely rude and wouldn’t give me any information. Then they continued to lie about not making my order. Bought a groupon and have now been in 4 times to use and every time they have an excuse why we can’t redeem it, even though we’re following the details on the voucher. I called the manager because it’s now about to expire and her response was pretty much “too bad but you can come in before 7 tonight and use it.” It’s 5:30!!! Joke.
Nice alley. Came here from out of town for a tournament. Very clean and enjoyed our experience.
