Can't say enough great things about Mission BBQ on Independence.....we have used them for catering and referred many other for the same.....had our Veteran's Day meal there yesterday.....yummy brisket as always! The staff are the greatest!
Best smoked Brisket, Awesome Pulled Pork. My husband and I love their food. Everything is great, I love the Mac and Cheese and their fries are always hot and tasty. My favorite place to eat in Virginia Beach.

This was the best brisket I have had in a very long time!
The staff at Mission BBQ just helped an elderly couple to their table, set their food down for them, got them silverwear, set up the BBQ sauces they liked, and got them their drinks. The older gentleman needed help getting transitioned into his chair from his walker... which they also helped with. I have always loved the food here but how they treat their civilian and military customers is truly amazing.
Lunch time is the best time. Be there at 1130 for an uplifting mealtime experience.
Service is fast and great good food.
