The food is good but what is wrong with your catering department? My catering request is extremely simple (two meats. No sides or drinks or extras) but I have been trying since Tuesday to get the total cost emailed to me. I made the initial quote request by e-mail but somehow my email address got in your system with a typo. I gave my correct email address more times than I can count but I still had to call 3 times and talk to 6 different people before I got an email with the total cost of my catering order. Everything is very good but I particularly like their Black Plate Specials! I've had 3 different ones now and am a big fan of all 3!!!
Made our day. Took our grandson there for his birthday lunch. So polite and gave us the grand treatment.
The staff is terrific, friendly and welcoming. Service and food is outstanding. If 5 stars is best, this Mission rates 6.
Excellent customer service. I had to wait in my Black Plate Special but it was well worth the wait.
