We are an all women's nutrition club. Our healthy lifestyle approach is centered around plant based proper nutrition. Our healthy smoothie and thermogenic tea lounge is the heart. We talk and breathe healthy eating, snacking and drinking. Our fitness studio and outdoor boot camp area is where we increase our cardio, shred the excess unhealthy fat, develop and/or increase lean muscle to reach our individual goals. We work on a 1% better everyday attitude.

I absolutely love Miss Fit Studio and Miss Hayley herself. She does an awesome job at encouraging everyone & makes you feel so comfortable & welcomed there! if you haven't gone to a class, go to one asap you won't regret it, plus you can try out the Herbalife shake bar��
I love Hayley and the team at Miss Fit! Thank you for making your vision a reality! This is definitely what I needed to help reach my goals. It is a place designed to make women feel special while they sweat and man did we sweat! The workout was great and the shakes are amazing. Come for the workout and leave with a shake! I love this place! No stress or feeling uncomfortable because it's all women. The piyo class was amazing and a great work out. You also get a discount on a Herbalife shake when you take a class. I can't wait to come back!!!
