Usually they do a great job! But left my car there for about three hours when I got back they didn't forgot about my CAR and had to wait another hour to get it shampooed! Let's just say I had to get home wet and still clean parts of my car
Came in at the last minute when they were about to close and still treated me with good customer service.

Very bad service and left my truck in the rain no good...
