$30 just to wash outside truck an rims were not clean , did not wipe diwn truck properly an dirt marks on my black rims from dirty towels was not good not worth spending my money there never again

Management sucks amd decline your service due to appearances! When I called yo speak to their manager and told them what happened he hung up on me. That was very rude and disrespectful!
Recently went there and was very disappointed with how the manager reacted after pointing out the areas that were not cleaned. He was rude, had a bad temper, and seemed to get more aggravated with every area that was dirty. Even told us to leave the premises not even offering to clean the areas that were not clean. Stating that they were scratches and not dirt when I got a wipe and was able to clean that off he kept denying it. dont know what their doing when it comes to windshield repair... charged me 35$ to do nothing.. i mean u have to pull a vacuum when repairing these, and you say you dont.. smdh.. i want my money back, and ill show you myself how to repair a rock chip
I have visited this place twice, and left both times satisfied. The day after Easter my car was covered in confetti. They were able to vacuum every piece out and i wasn’t charged extra. I was there yesterday and again service was fast and acceptable. I have a small car, Hyundai Elantra, and they only charge me $15 for a simple wash and vacuum. My only issue is the cat, I’m extremely allergic. Lol, but that’s not a deal breaker for me.
