Robert Bogany in the last week Went to this car wash a second time... Relatively satisfactory job but they frankly did not do a good job on my windows. They came in stained and left out stained. I brought it to the manager's/proprietor's attention and he gave me an absurd response that it would take 45 minutes to clean and I needed to buy an upgraded package. I have come to this place for the last month. I washed my jeep here last Wednesday, it happened to rain since then so I brought it back Sunday for the same wash I get $14.99. After they wash it the owner comes out to tell me my jeep is too dirty for the $14.99 wash and I need to pay $10 more to get the job done right, he proceeds to tell me if I don't and I quote "I don't want to hear any complaints out of you, okay!" Outside of my car looks good but the inside smells like mildew now and the seats are still very dirty. No difference at all after the shampooing and full #5 service other than the gross smell that I will have to get rid of.. :(
