I’ve been going to this place for about a year now, maybe a little over. Obviously, I’m still going because I like the doctors and everything — they’re great. But the only thing is, they never answer the phone. I’ve been trying to call for the past three days, and they just don’t pick up. There’s no other phone number to reach them, which makes it really frustrating. 🤔🤔

I want to share my experience for those reading these reviews. I’ve never actually been to this location—I was referred here by my doctor. I called to make an appointment, but the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude. Because of how I was treated, I didn’t even go through with booking the appointment. I told her to forget it and that I’d contact my doctor to find a different dermatologist. Her response? “That’s fine. Do what you gotta do,” and then she hung up on me. This kind of behav... read more

Horrible front desk woman, sounds rude every time I have had to talk to her, sounds like she hates her job and hates helping people. It has added stress onto already having to deal with a stressful skin condition. The office also frequently screens their calls straight to voicemail and then takes days to a week to call a patient back. I could never recommend this office to anyone.
