I wasn't entirely convinced that they had my child's best interest in mind. They didn't seem overly untrustworthy, but I wasn't comfortable bringing my child back. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly, but to my surprise they were cold and not friendly at all. They made no effort to make my child feel welcome. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored.
