I've been taking my 3 children to Dr. Mirza for 19 years, and one of my kids has special needs. Dr. Mirza is wonderful. She always works hard to make sure my children are healthy! I have never had one problem..

I would definitely consider all other pediatricians prior to going here. they're always seem to be a mistake with our bill or our insurance. the lady who works at the front is very unfriendly. she came across a very rude and abrasive. it always seemed like you were an inconvenience to her and that she would be doing you a favor if she got you on the schedule. once you were on the schedule and you arrived at your scheduled time you end up waiting a lot longer than needed. just overall not a good experience. Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Yes my daughter was a patient there, they did all of her shots, but they did not fill out the shot record correctly for school and refuse to fill it out properly until I pay my balance, which when I picked up the record for school I paid a payment towards the balance and then I realized the nurse was not filling things out properly. I called and they refuse to fix that until I pay the rest of my balance and in the first place my daugher is required by state law to go to school and they will not fix her shot record until I pa... read more

Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!
