Unfortunately my first visit here didn’t go well. I had a cut and color done. The cut was at least 1/2 inch longer on one side, so I had to go back and get it fixed the next day. Also, the color she used (medium brown) faded after the first wash. The people were nice, but not what I was looking for as far as quality service. The cost was $107 before tipping and my hair looks like I colored it myself.

The ladies at this salon are amazing! I took my niece to a different salon in the area and they totally made her hair look like she played with a bottle of peroxide. I called Mirror Image in a panic at 6:45 pm. Even though they were busy, Joy Williams and Summer Brister told us to come by and they could fix it. I was amazed at what they were able to do with the mess they had been given. They stayed there until 9:15pm and made my niece’s hair beautiful! They made her feel so much better after her disasterous first experience.... read more

I was a loyal customer for 16 yrs to Melissa Waldrop. Up until hiring her husband Mark who is NOT a licensed contractor and who tried to damage my home and then they put a lien of just shy of $40,000 on our home on Sept 29th. Besides him pulling a guy on the young man from Window World. She may be a good stylist but not a good friend. So I'm making it known everywhere I go.
