Dr. El-Hagrassy is my only doctor that take time to truly listen to me. She cares about her patients. She responds to her MyChart messages. She is brilliant and extremely knowledgeable. I'm thankful that she is my neurologist.
My father was seeing Dr. El-Hagrassy as a patient with early Dimentia/Alzheimers. His is 75 years old and the sweetest man you'll meet. Dr. El-Hagrassy has been nothing but unfriendly, impatient and rude with him as well as his family and caregivers. Both my sister and I as well as his home health aid found her to be this way. Listens. Doesn’t talk down to you or dismiss symptoms out of hand. Problem-solving mindset. Treats you like a person. Communicative and intelligent. Can’t recommend her enough.
My first impression of this doctor was a positive one. She was prompt, punctual & professional. Took the time to actually listen to my concerns & obtain a clear & comprehensive history of my health issues. She was very easy to talk to, intelligent & friendly.
