We were so pleased and amazed by the thoroughness of Steve Scott's inspection. I think he spent hours checking the home we have contracted to buy and then we received a 41 page report, complete with itemized explanations and photos of anything requiring attention/service as well as items which were not problems. We cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. A job very well done!!!
They were very professional. Friendly. Explained things clearly. The report and summary included great detail and photos. They made it so easy. Very thorough. Took a little over 24 hrs for report. I'd use them again and again.
