I am absolutely saddened and incredibly disappointed at the awful state of your gardens. Monet would be rolling in his grave at the site. I've been coming here sincerely before the aqua terrace was installed and never have I seen it this bad. Where are the gardeners? I come for the beauty as well as the relaxing atmosphere. You're pricier than most but it was always justified. I am spending the night tonight but can say with pretty good certainty, it will be my last. I truly am saddened.. Laura Devine

I had such a wonderful morning at the spa! I can’t remember the last time I was able to relax that much!!! My treatments with Michele were absolutely perfect, the resting room was so quiet and peaceful! Lunch was amazing! The staff was so kind and helpful! I look forward to visiting again!
Had a super impromptu afternoon get away that was refreshing and relaxing. Every person we encountered was kind and it made for a great afternoon/evening.
15 minute wait to be seated for lunch. At that point the hostess said we could seat ourselves and she would bring us menus. Another 10 minute wait to get menus, 5 more to order. Then food (and our drink order at the same time) was finally delivered 45 minutes after we initially arrived. Strawberry and Pecan Salad came WITHOUT pecans. No one ever came back to our table to see how everything was so we had no opportunity to even ask for the pecans. This is a celebrity-style spa in a scenic small town. The Mirbeau offers first-class spa treatments, a continually upgraded hotel and a top-rated restaurant. It's hard to believe that a spa this nice is located in Central New York and not in Beverly Hills! It's a little pricey, but the spa offers fabulous deals if you sign up for its emails. Be sure to check online for specials.
