Be aware when you head to Mirbeau...have gone for years and all has been fine, until my last 2 visits, left much to be desired. Guest relations no longer a priority, poor management resulting in missed services. After speaking with staff while at the spa, was assured that a follow up phone call would be coming. No phone call was received, I have called back to speak with Heidi, who, nearly a month later has yet to return my call. Do not waste your time or money at Mirbeau. There are plenty of other spas close by.
Recommendedmy first time getting a swedish aromatherapy massage.....absolutely amazing in every way.....then the sauna.....a wonderful lunch......eucalyptus steam room.....and jacuzzi.....and the foot pool drinking cucumber infused water.....felt like a queen.....royal treatment for sure......cant wait 2 return......👸💜

Horrible day. Messed up reservations on top of the dining staff not paying attention to my food allergies and then telling me something was nut free and it wasn’t... after I had already eaten it and after telling TWO staff members I was allergic. They run up and tell me not to eat it bc there are nuts in it because the waitress made a mistake and thought it was nut free. Very lucky I’m not deathly allergic to nuts or this would have been a law suit.
Great place enjoyed ourselves so much . Completely relaxed 😊❤️
