RecommendedEnjoyed a wonderful evening and the ambience is over the top! Greatest selection of wine. The staff was extremely professional and helpful with information about the area. Massages are over the top & very professional!
I went last week with a friend , both of us had a manicure and pedicure. Got home and noticed that they did not paint one toenail. Also, they never trimmed cuticles or pushed back cuticle's on fingers. Worse manicure ever. I have left two messages for the manager and have not heard back from her. Very poor customer service. On a good note we had lunch and food and service was good.

The spa was wonderful..massage was incredible. food was excellent!! very relaxing and peaceful, highly recommend.

There’s a reason why celebrities and powerful people hide out here and it isn’t one thing, but everything. One would be hard pressed to find such a place where you can live inside a Monet painting and get pampered. Shhhhh! Keep it a secret!
The free virtual classes during this COVID are amazing. The instructors are great. Such a generous gift. Thank you!
We’ve been at Mirbeau regularly over the past 5+ years, and have always enjoyed it. We live in a large city suburb, and love the Finger Lakes region - especially Mirbeau. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is great (also the bar) as well as the spa facilities.
