Make sure you read all the reviews on these apartments. The foundation is horrible you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking all day all night. Don't let the fixing and nice walk thru fool you, week one stuff will start breaking. The upstairs neighbors made my light fixture fall down while my kids were eating. The staff seems nice but all they want is your money. Also, somehow as an apartment building they know how much water, trash, and sewer you use so they charge you every month. Lived there for almost 2 years and it was the worst apartments I have ever rented. At first the apartment seemed nice enough, everything looked good and worked fine but after a few months the problems started to stack up. The bathroom has bad ventilation so during the colder months the bathrooms tend to mold. The trash situation was joke, they have 1 large trash bin over 50 apartments.
