I was just in this dealership, I was met by a salesman named Alan, he was very rude, I think he doesn't want to sell cars and goes faster to get rid of you, he doesn't care about this job, I wanted to buy a car for myself, for my brother and for my wife, we came to buy 3 cars, but the seller Alan was He 's very rude and doesn 't want to serve us . I had called Genesis of Arlington as they had a car I was interested in. I was told someone was going to pick up the car the next day, but they would call me if the deal fell through. I got a call the next day that the car was available. I spoke with Jimmy the sales manager and we discussed price of the car. He sent me all the relevant information including the out the door price. I was excited for the Concierge service of Genesis Arlington for a recall. My EV was picked up and a loaner was provided. The valet drivers were friendly and prompt. The recall service was done without issue. The BAD: lack of consistent communication. There seems to be 3 different people talking to me in various forms and worst of all the driver’s side door panel got damaged (see photo). I would appreciate it someone from this place calls me (I reached out Saturday, 2 days ago) At this point I would not recommend this place.... read more
