I had gone to 4 Genesis dealers throughout MA and RI. Many of the sales staff at the other dealerships were unprofessional and unresponsive. Jimmy the sales manager and Christian the sales rep were both, attentive and professional. They knew I was a qualified buyer and that I had done my homework and they were respectful, fair and did not pressure me at all but rather listened to what I wanted and addressed my needs. I would recommend Mirak to a anyone shopping for a vehicle for a no pressure sales experience!
Scheduling an appointment was easy, got there and my technician explained everything to me. Offered me a loaner car and overall was a good time. They did do a detail of my car free of charge but MAKE SURE YOU TAKE ANYTHING VALUABLE OUT, they will snag it if you leave something valuable in the open. Besides the detailing company (1.5/5) Genesis service and their technicians and teams are awesome! (4.5/5)
Probably best car buying experience I've had.
My car was brought in for service, returned to me damaged. 2 tears in rear seat, I told them and was told no one went into back seat. Left message for service manager, never returned my call. Was told my car was ready, got there 1 hour later my car wasn't done. Parts left in my cupholder, not sure where they go- I asked was told not to worry about it and I should throw the away. This is a luxury car experience?
Very smooth transaction on a new genesis. Christian and Don were great to work with.
