Recently purchased a G70. Vehicle was delivered with 3 severely under-inflated tires and missing the floor mats I paid for. Contacted the dealership multiple times, they said they’d make it right, then gave me the run around before ghosting me.
They are slow and the replacement car they gave me barely made it to my house. Then they told me to bring it back when I told them it kept losing power. They gave the parts they ordered for me to another customer and didn't have them when I brought my car to be serviced
Me and my family recently got a Genesis GV80 and have discovered Too many problems This new car we’ve had for half the time due to it having to be in the shop for months do not get this car. Ours has problems with the steering column. The heat doesn’t work. It sounds like a race car and it shimmy’s. He thought this car was nice until we got home and it instantly had problems. Help us and do not get this car.
Drove a Genesis G80 there by appointment. Appointment was delayed a bit owing to it being busy and they’re selling 3 brands from a small facility. Bright spot was Jimmy Othmer, sales consultant. Knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Didn’t care much for the car but wish I had. Would like to have bought from him.
Worst dealership in America, had horrific experience with service and sales. They treat you like crap and do not value your business
