Sadly our experience with Genesis of Arlington was a poor one. They used sales tactics that were unprofessional and after driving to their dealership, which was 2.5hrs away, we wound up leaving even though the numbers were good and the car was what we wanted. I purchased my 2023 GV70 from MIRAK Genesis in 2022 and had consistently great service for three years—until my most recent visit, which was a complete letdown. I scheduled a state inspection well in advance and informed the dealership a week prior that condensation had returned in the driver-side headlight—a recurring issue that was previously addressed with a TSB in 2024. I had gone to 4 Genesis dealers throughout MA and RI. Many of the sales staff at the other dealerships were unprofessional and unresponsive. Jimmy the sales manager and Christian the sales rep were both, attentive and professional. They knew I was a qualified buyer and that I had done my homework and they were respectful, fair and did not pressure me at all but rather listened to what I wanted and addressed my needs. I would recommend Mirak to a anyone shopping for a vehicle for a no pressure sales experience!
Scheduling an appointment was easy, got there and my technician explained everything to me. Offered me a loaner car and overall was a good time. They did do a detail of my car free of charge but MAKE SURE YOU TAKE ANYTHING VALUABLE OUT, they will snag it if you leave something valuable in the open. Besides the detailing company (1.5/5) Genesis service and their technicians and teams are awesome! (4.5/5)
Probably best car buying experience I've had.
