Our EV glitched out on us after we drove it 200 miles to Boston — wouldn’t charge, no A/C in 90 degree heat, and a battery light on. We were stranded away from home with a toddler! I went to or called 5 dealerships in the area (regular auto shops wouldn’t touch an EV) and this was the only one that was able to help. They fixed the problem in about an hour and saved the day so we could get back home. Thanks guys!

Made an appointment to have my car serviced 3 weeks in advance and the night before when I was on my way to drop it off the rude agent called me to cancel my appointment because they don't repair air conditioning on that day. Very rude and inconsiderate place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere elce
