AVOID this dealership! They will know exactly who I am, this is a true story. I was interested in a Chevy Colorado ZR2 midnight edition 2025 brand new, it’s there right up front the building right now. I walked around the vehicle multiple times and noticed more scratches scuffs and marks on the drivers side tailgate than I could count, it was an absolutely awful presentation. Service; friendly and knowledgeable staff, took just a half hour for a software upgrade which they said would take 2 hours (and required an all day appointment), found and told me about a feature I hadn't known about - overall a great experience! Second time, they told me I had to leave the car with them, the warranty repair would take all day. When I stayed anyway, they had it ready in 1.5 hours. Very nice! Easy to work with Great lot of trucks and cars
I always have an excellent experience at Chevy Mirak in Arlington, and this time was no exception. I took my Trailblazer for a routine oil change, but my car required more work than expected and Edward Devanna kept me informed on the status of my vehicle, explaining everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I will highly recommend Mirak to my friends and family.
