I look at this place look it would be the thrifty place to rent around here. Much to my surprise it was just as expensive as others around it except very major differences, no security no locked gates, no heated pool, no fountains, no double story Jim, community activities, no central air, I don’t know try to always have hallways are the street LOL also somethings really Odd about staff and property manager is almost like they just hired anyone.

Don’t know what it is with this place, maybe because the apartments. Themselves feel like a cheap imitation of the luxury apartment, or maybe it’s because the security locks round is really creepy and always lurks in the shadows. She does seem like the staff here has A power Dilemma. It’s very obvious that this complex is for making money let’s just leave it at that. They never exceed your expectations they always just do the bare minimum. I would not recommend

Sometimes I feel like I’m in 1960 the way people smoke Consistently throughout this entire property. Cigarette smoke mixed with the dog poop that no one picks up and barking dogs that are left alone in the house all day this place equals to one star. Sure it’s cheaper than other places around but only about by $100 not worth it when you think about smoking the heat since there’s no central air not to mention the data gym and pool.

I think this is the worst property in UTC , NO AC and smoking is allowed on property GROSS ,!!!!!! Cigarettes are know to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects, .didn't you know ???? All the other complexes in the area do!!!!

NOT MILITARY or VETERAN FRIENDLY. STAY AWAY! I'm a VET & won't be here much longer. Spend your hard-working $$ somewhere else. Staff's a miserable bunch! Read on for a taste of REALITY before you're SUCKERED into renting. Every 2-3 mos your privacy is invaded by maint entering apts claiming BS mandatory checks! These apartments are horrible. The manager doesn't know how to do her job and doesn't like it when you tell her so. The neighbors are always loud. There are fights between tenants every week and the police are always getting called. They never want to repair anything. There is hardly any parking. This is definitely the worst apartment complex you could live in
