friendly service and nice people to deal with
I would never do business with these people. All they are there for is a quick sale. The parts department is price gouging big time! Called to ask about a part I can get on line all day for $15 and they want $50 PLUS TAX! Will never do business with them again until they straighten their mess out!
They must be having a bad day today. ... visiting family in Albany today and went in for an oil change and maybe talk a little trade in talk on my 2008 Sequoia ... in the service line 10 minutes. ... service guys walking by me.. no “good morning sir how can we help you. Please pull forward ... be with you in a moment sir..” etc... then one of the service guys walked past me, smiles and waves and goes to the car behind me and starts talking to them for a service call..that’s when it was time to leave..just moved to the area r... read more
