The folks at Miracle Toyota's service department never disappoint me. Customer Service. Plain and simple - that's what I look for in a service department. They are up-front about the tasks that need to be performed, they let you know when you are approaching your warranty expiration (or your elite period), and they never make me feel like I am an inconvenience.
