My overall experience was excellent, from my first step into the office where I was greeted by my first name to the end when they had already set up for my next cleaning appointment. The best part thought was when my dentist was working on my teeth and kept apologizing for spending so much time on my teeth. She just wanted to make sure that everything thing looked perfect, which I appreciate since I want my teeth to look as perfect as they can be. The place is wonderful! I was referred by a coworker who raved about her dentist. The staff is friendly and professional. My 6 yr old felt so comfortable with the dentist and had the best experience ever. I will definately refer others here.
The service was great and the staff were friendly. However, when I scheduled my appointment, I was told that the appointment would take 30 minutes and it actually took an hour. My cleaning didn't start until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
I have been to Miracle Smile twice now and it has been such a pleasant experience. The office is very modern and open, not like other stuffy dentists offices. Dr. Bae and her staff make me look forward to my appointments. She is very kind and gentle and the end result is fantastic. I am recommending her to my husband and all of our friends.
