I am a huge dental chicken. I have had a hard time finding a dentist where I felt comfortable and really cared for in the Southbay so of course when I visited Miracle Smile I was quite nervous. The receptionist Grace was very kind over the phone when I made my appointment and immediately made me feel comfortable when I first came in. I have had to have a few extractions and a root canal all of which were very scary to me however I was so well taken care of that I experienced very little discomfort afterwards. They are organized, flexible, affordable and good at what they do. I like all the dentist there. I'd recommend it to anyone. Kid friendly too!
Everything went well except there was a lot of blood including chunks after I left the office. I guess she didn't clean or rinse my mouth out thoroughly.
This place has it together. The staff is professional, the building modern and clean, the tools state of the art.I even get a toothbrush and toothpaste.A++++
Excellent environment. Very beautiful. Most high tech equipment.Very professional staff.This is the first time I could actually see images of the back sides of my teeth on a bigscreen. That convinced me of what treatment was needed.
The office was very timely and the staff was very friendly. It is a very modern and clean looking office. They honored my appt and communicated time left, which indicated their committment to keeping their patient appt's timely, though I never felt rushed. My overall preference is private rooms and this facility does not appear to have as such. Their pricing is very fair with my insurance compared (for a PPO) and they were up front with cost and impact.
Great first experience. Friendly, experienced, and thorough.
Have not been to the dentist in a long time; they took really good care of me and I felt less stress about going back to the dentist.
I had a great experience with each of the very capable and caring staff.
