After some minor adjustments, we are very satisfied with our tub and shower enclosure refinishing. We appreciated Zack's prompt response to our concerns .
Overall satisfaction with the job was poor. Needed tech and owner to come back three times, still not happy with the caulking job that was done on outside of new shower door. Was told that they used caulking that is paintable. Tech used silicone which doesn't take paint. I need to take caulking off and redo it so that I can paint the trim around shower door. overall experience was excellent
Miracle Method refinished our small rather grungy bathroom. The tub was scratched, the grouting looked dirty, and no matter how much I scrubbed the tub and the tile, it didn't seem to make a difference. Now everything is clean and shiny and beautiful! I love it! I've already recommended Miracle Method to my daughter and a friend. The guys were super nice and fast! Great job!!!

We have 3 tubs refnished with miracle method and they all came out beautiful. Great customer service. Had a bubble in the floor of 1 a year after it was done and they came right out within a week to refinish it.
