We had Miracle Method installed on our shower, shower walls, counter and sink. It looked great. Just recently we noticed that the shower curtain had hung too long in one spot and mold had started to grow. We contacted Miracle Method in our hometown and found out that the Franchisee had quit. We called "Corporate Office" in Colorado Springs, Colorado and they said that they don't have a Franchise any longer that services our area. 8 years ago I had my tub refinished by Miracle Method in Smithfield, NC, a Miracle Method franchise that is no longer in business. Recently, I found some chips in the finish and was told by another Miracle Method franchisee (Apex, NC) that it had not been applied properly in the first place, nor had it been polished, a necessary part of the application process. I have a vacation rental and they canceled on me at the last minute telling me that my technician was sick and they and there is nothing they can do about(i.e calling around a seeing if someone else would be willing to reschedule) and that they could reschedule me for four days later. I set aside Four days so that I could have my tub stripped and resurfaced, at a cost of rental money I would have received. Wow. My bathroom was just completed the other day. I had floor to ceiling tile with pink grout. (not my choice) plus a tired tub. My tech, Patrick was the best;. courteous, professional and super neat and clean. The work took 3 days and I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend. Mike ******

Nick--salesperson gave excellent answers to all of our questions and helped us pick colors. Tina--office mgr was very customer service oriented and sent Tom to seal under our existing laminate above our dishwasher to prevent laminate particles from continuing to fall on our clean dishes. Kasey did an outstanding job prepping, spraying, and removing odor from our kitchen and came back immediately for one minor touch-up. Excellent quality--our kitchen looks great.

In Auguat, I moved into a condo with an ocean view in Oceanside California (35 miles north of San Diego). The location is fabulous, but the building is 40 years old, and although the previous owner made significant improvements, he left the original countertops - stained and damaged in certain areas.
