AWFUL!! Don't go!!! Horrible experience! First of all, we did not get what the package we paid for. When I complained about that, they stated that was the norm. They say 20 minute sessions mean anything around 10 minutes. Wow!! Wish that was somewhere on their website because I paid for a 20 minute session.. Also, we paid for an extra DVD, which they forgot about. So bad. So very very bad. Its sad to me that there so few words in the English language to express how awful these people are. Words like "jerks" and "complete idiots" fail to capture the depth and breadth of Miracle in Sight. But I'll try.
Exceptional Service! From start to finish these people were exceptional! When I called to schedule my appointment they were very professional and offered several choices, even Saturdays! I was told about a special for 50% off as long as I secured my appointment by prepaying. We were given instructions on what to do before hand to ensure a great experience and she asked several times if we had any questions. Why did I get removed I did not violate any terms of agreement. I just stated my experience there and why I would not return. If my mine is removed than everyone elses needs to be removed as well. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and mine just so happens not to be very good of this facility. I think everyone reading this needs to know what I said, so here it is again. If this gets removed I will only repost it.

4d ultrasound I had a 4D ultrasound and the baby was too low to see; however, the staff were very professional and had me do several different exercises to get the baby moving, but she was settled into my pelvis already. I would highly recommend this business to anyone; however, do know that you will not get your money back if the baby is not cooperating after 3 appointment tries.
Great Experience! I found miracle in sight through google. I live like 3 hours away, but had Thanksgiving with family in San Antonio and this place was on my way back home. So, I made an appointment. I got there early and after I finished my paperwork, we went straight to the ultrasound room. The room is very comfortable and has a big flat screen tv so it's easier to see. Great experience! This place is wonderful!! They provide great service beforehand: easy scheduling, friendly staff, lots of availability.
Change is good I heard Miracle In Sight is under new management and they have some great packages. There's a new staff and they are very caring. As a mom I did my research and found that there are many factors that have to come in to play to get a great picture.
