Update: After returning the hearing aids that didn’t work out for me and my wife and having to contact enterprises in New York to get my refund, which I fortunately was able to get on December 2, I am now getting letters from Power Pay Which is a company out of Pennsylvania, who miracle your finances, the hearing age through. Update to previous post after calling Fraser industries corporate on Monday morning I received a call from Matt at miracle air in Lima on Tuesday morning and was informed that I had received my refund that morning and was asked to take the post down. OK, it’s down, but if you think you will get any help from miracle ear customer service when you call them, you are mistaken. Please do not order from these people! They are very nice and helpful in the beginning but if you decide to return the hearing aids they turn very rude .Told me I couldn't return them till I got a call from I believe Amanda who still hasn't called. Was not going to let my 45 day expire waiting for her we took them in.Could not give me a receipt showing we returned them so I took photographs of everything.We wanted Corporates number which she said she didn't have!We found Corporates number on our own and were told they have t... read more
