I’ve been a miracle ear believer thru 3 sets over the years. The set I have now have been horrible. They’ve been switched out and never gave me the hearing I deserved for the price I paid. My local shops couldn’t get them right. I came to the store in Boca Raton while I was in town as a last ditch effort before getting rid of them. The very talented woman who took care of me did extreme testing then switched a couple of parts in the aides and did a bit of tweaking. Now my hearing is 1000% better. Tara was amazing! After a thorough hearing test , she fitted me with hearing aids that are comfortable and give me fabulous hearing. I highly recommend her, the quality hearing aids and the efficient front office staff person at the Boca location. Such a wonderful experience. I feel like a new person!
It is rare these days to walk into a store a few minutes before closing and be warmly greeted. Our hearing aid needed a new wire . The lovely female veteran service technician was so gracious that she remained in the store until after closing and fixed the wire. She insisted on adjusting the wire in the other hearing aid as well. She refused to be compensated. Her kindness and commitment to a customer was her highest priority.
