John Keeler and the whole crew at Miracle-Ear are great! I would recommend anyone to go here for top-notch service. John is extremely patient and knowledgeable about all facets of the product and it's workings. He has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions over the time he has serviced my hearing-aids. Very personable. Wonderful at explaining all things pertaining to our hearing aids, why it's important to wear them daily.
This was a very negative experience for us. The “free trial” they advertise was not actually free — we were told the product costs $5–8K and even the trial required monthly payments. The approach felt misleading and high-pressure. We also felt there was a lack of cultural sensitivity during the visit. After we declined to purchase, the follow-up calls became excessive and uncomfortable for us. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this business.
The staff is first rate John Keeler is both kind and professional. He always goes the extra mile for my 90 year old mother's hearing needs and it's greatly appreciated!
