Brought 2 pairs of uniform pants for hemming. Hem job was great. But the owner of miracle cleaners should know that you need to provide better customer services. When I called in to confirm my pants were ready for pick up she said yes. Then when I asked what time they close she said bye. I picked up my pants. She said take a photo of the tickets. don’t come here. ever. i brought in my prom dress for a small alteration, maybe an inch or two off to make it the right length. 6 days later, i went to pick it up, and she told me she hadn’t even started it. the next day i tried to pick it up again, and it was finally ready. however, she asked me to pay 10 more dollars than the price we had originally agreed on, despite it being ready a day later than i was told. on top of that, the simple hem i asked for has thread hanging off of it in several places. as if it couldn’t get ... read more

Two occasions they lost my items to be laundered or modified. Luckily they found it the second time. Definitely never going back there! I only went here because it was convenient to where I live. Other than that very much, do not recommend this place they are very unorganized!! I don't know how they're still in business....
