The Adovada smothered burrito with half red chili and half green chili is the best burrito I've ever had. I see many more breweries in my future just so I can follow this food truck around town.
One of the absolute best Mexican food experiences I've had in The Springs. Everything was extremely fresh and full of flavor. I'll be back for sure!
We've been going to this truck every single week since they have been at Jak's not one bad meal not one bad service and they're always slammed yet I always get it done love the chicharrones tacos
We had the stuffed sopapillas they were yummy. The red chili was delicious � can't wait to try more things off the menu
We stopped by Mira Sol yesterday for an early dinner. Ordered the smothered pork burrito and the stuffed sopapillia. Both with pork and green chili. The food was great better than any restaurant in Colorado Springs! We will be back!
I've eaten at Mira Sol once at Jak's out in Falcon and once at The Smiling Toad... I'm hooked on the tacos, they are the best I've had in the Springs! I love their fresh tortilla chips too... some are super crispy, some are just a little bit chewy (in the best way - yum!). My husband got the sopapilla burger, and the green chile was delicious. It has a good kick! Thanks, guys, we will definitely be back. =)
